The terms and conditions below apply to every person who is booked onto an activity with AR Adventures
FEES
All activity fees include equipment hire and a professional instruction.
Booking dates to be confirmed by email or phone, then will only be reserved on the completion of payment. Our booking team will take the necessary payments.
All payments for all activities must be made in full.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made by email request to angela@aradventures.co.uk
All cancellations made will be refunded in vouchers to be redeemed within a 12 month period of the date on the voucher.
CANCELLATION BY AR ADVENTURES
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that activities run, we will notify you of any cancellation as soon as practicable where we believe on reasonable grounds that cancellation of the activity is necessary due to dangerous and or unsuitable conditions for the activity to take place.
Health and safety is paramount in our outdoor activities, and we ask that you do not question any decisions made by our qualified instructors regarding your safety and the cancellation of your activity.
In the event that we cancel your activity you will be offered vouchers for the full amount paid or another date that suits both parties
VOUCHERS
All vouchers purchased are valid for a 12 month period from the date purchased.
All vouchers are non-refundable
Vouchers are transferable to another person upon request by email to angela@aradventures.co.uk
SAFETY & PARTICIPATION
All activities are potentially hazardous with a danger to personal injury. By booking a activity you are aware of and accept these risks and will be responsible for your own and your groups actions. A qualified instructor who holds relevant qualifications / experience will lead all activities and will maintain a high level of safety throughout the activity. To enable us to manage these risks you agree to acknowledge the need for responsible behaviours and that the instructors word is final on all matters of safety.
You confirm that you are familiar with the nature of the activity that you are to undertake and acknowledge those risks. You may freely withdraw from the activity and there is no pressure whatsoever to take part. If you are unable to take part then this will be classed as a cancellation.
If you are in any doubt with regards to your health and the suitability of any of our activities you wish to book, then please contact your GP for advise prior to making any booking.
Any irresponsible behaviour will not be tolerated. Any person causing disruption or irresponsible behaviour will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
On arrival to your activity you will be asked to sign a indemnity form to acknowledge that you understand the briefing / acknowledge the risks of the activity that you are to take part. Failing to sign the indemnity will prevent you from taking part in the activity and no refund will be given.
INSURANCE & LOSS
Our activities do not include any personal accident, or personal injury insurance. We will not accept any responsibility whatsoever in respect of loss or damage to personal property and by reading and signing the indemnity form on arrival, you agree to the briefing given of the dangers and hazards involved in the activity you are to partake.
